About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide advanced technical support and issue resolution for TMWSuite applications, database architecture, and integration workflows
  • Engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot pre-process and post-process scripts for customer-specific integrations
  • Query and analyze complex relational databases using SQL
  • Investigate system behaviors, conduct root-cause analysis, and ensure data integrity
  • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies for enhanced solution delivery
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong working knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ideally TMWSuite, including functional workflows and underlying structures
  • Proficient SQL skills with deep capability in querying, analyzing, and troubleshooting complex relational databases
  • Solid background in scripting concepts with hands-on ability to write, modify, and debug pre/post-process scripts
  • Proven expertise troubleshooting enterprise application issues, performing root-cause analysis, and managing data integration flows
  • Practical experience applying AI, machine learning, or automated scripting tools to technical troubleshooting and data processes is a bonus
  • Prior experience collaborating across cross-functional engineering, product, and support teams is a bonus
