  • Translate complex financial data into compelling narratives
  • Use AI tools and advanced analytics to optimize compensation modeling and automate reporting workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 to 7 years of progressive compensation experience spanning broad-based design, executive compensation, equity strategy, and 401(k) governance
  • Proven experience creating data models and presentation materials for Compensation Committee and Board of Directors meetings
  • Ability to independently manage cross-functional projects on tight deadlines
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills
  • Practical experience applying AI tools and automation to analytical workflows
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a bonus
  • Hands-on experience with Workday and Fidelity platforms is a bonus
