Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end consulting for major industry shippers
Drive complex transport RFPs/RFIs and tender implementations from planning to execution
Transform customer shipment and rate data into strategic insights using platform analytics and scenario-modeling tools
Deliver interactive user training and consultative support for SaaS platform adoption
Partner with international sales, product management, and engineering teams
Continuously elevate client outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of hands-on logistics or transportation industry experience
Experience supporting carrier or shipper operations
Background in RFP processes, transportation bid management, and data-driven analytical problem solving
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Exceptional customer-facing communication skills
Ability to manage complex priorities autonomously in a remote setup
Professional proficiency in English plus either Spanish or Portuguese (bonus)
