About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with senior leaders to diagnose organizational needs, guide change management, and deliver proactive solutions
- Drive initiatives across employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and succession management
- Advise on emerging AI tools for talent acquisition, predictive turnover modeling, and employee experience
- Guide leaders through workforce planning, talent development, and organizational changes
- Ensure policies and procedures comply with employment legislation while advancing strategic business goals
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership and support software growth and organizational effectiveness
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or in Organizational Development
- Track record of consulting with, presenting to, and influencing executive business leaders
- Strong foundational expertise in compensation, benefits, employee relations and compliance
- Demonstrated capability to translate overall business plans into effective talent strategies
- Experience supporting scaling software organizations (bonus)
- Industry knowledge or experience within Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (bonus)
- Minimal travel requirement of 0–10%
- Must work in the office; remote employment will not be considered
