About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end software implementations by defining customer requirements, analyzing workflows, and configuring module setups
Conduct business process assessments
Deliver comprehensive training to external clients
Guide data conversion activities and go-live cutover strategies
Resolve technical implementation issues
Collaborate with Trimble project managers and customer stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 5 years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise application software with external clients
Ability to analyze business workflows and translate client operational needs into effective software configurations
Leadership skills with experience in cross-functional prioritization, project ownership, and consensus building
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage stakeholder relationships across all levels
Direct experience with TruckMate systems or enterprise transportation management software is a bonus
Practical operational or administrative experience in transportation and logistics is a bonus
Background in project management methodologies and database troubleshooting for financial or operational workflows is a bonus
Travel requirement of 60–80%
