Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the full lifecycle of Purchase Orders (POs), from strategic creation through proactive balance monitoring, ensuring continuity of logistics services.
  • Serve as the focal point for invoice validation, ensuring maximum financial accuracy and compliance of amounts charged by global suppliers.
  • Lead the resolution of financial discrepancies, working directly with external partners to correct errors and optimize payment workflows.
  • Manage critical communications and align expectations with logistics providers, strengthening partnerships through clear and efficient processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing operational data and using intelligent systems to generate impact reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Advanced Spanish proficiency—assessed during the interview.
  • English proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills for reviewing financial data and identifying invoice errors.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with suppliers and international teams.
  • Proactive, organized, and deadline-oriented, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, PO creation, or freight auditing is a plus.
