Key responsibilities & impact

Lead high-visibility software implementations from initial project planning through delivery and final customer handoff
Partner with Implementation Specialists and Consultants to drive cross-functional alignment, manage schedules, and track key milestones
Translate customer requirements and Statements of Work into actionable execution plans
Monitor engagement financial health, including project budgets, resource utilization, and timeline risks
Build collaborative relationships with customer operational teams and serve as a trusted contact throughout the implementation lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of project management, implementation, or customer success experience paired with a relevant Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of equivalent practical experience
Strong command of core project management frameworks and methodologies, such as Agile and PMBOK
Proven capability to manage and align remote project teams within a matrixed corporate environment
Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction and end-to-end operational success
1–2 years of experience within a professional services or consulting firm preferred as a bonus
Direct experience managing enterprise resource planning (ERP) software implementations preferred as a bonus
Familiarity with general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory concepts preferred as a bonus
Background or domain knowledge in the construction industry preferred as a bonus
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and PSA tools such as Kantata preferred as a bonus
