Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience designing corporate training programs or enterprise curricula, ideally within technology or software sales enablement
Proven track record of building large-scale training programs from new-hire onboarding to advanced skill development
Strong expertise collaborating with executive leadership to align learning initiatives with business outcomes
Practical experience with modern learning management systems, content platforms, and training performance analytics
Background in instructional design, education, learning technology, or equivalent practical experience
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Seismic or Docebo is a bonus
Demonstrated success managing complex projects within a global, matrixed organization is a bonus
Willingness to travel 10%
