Lead hands-on deployment of agentic AI coding tools, context engineering, and multi-agent orchestration patterns across the product development life cycle
Architect shared infrastructure, evaluation tooling, and CI/CD pipelines to improve code quality, security, and developer velocity
Review AI-generated output, establish system guardrails, and convert prototypes into production-grade platform solutions
Lead hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development
Mentor engineers and build a thriving pod culture
Collaborate with product, security, and enterprise data teams to align engineering strategy with business objectives
Integrate agentic AI frameworks into the Spectrum platform architecture
Build, scale, and shape next-generation enterprise technology for Trimble’s Spectrum platform

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience leading software engineering teams, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development in agile environments
Strong technical background in object-oriented programming
Deep proficiency in C#/.NET
Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue
Hands-on expertise deploying agentic AI tools across planning, development, and delivery stages within enterprise environments
Experience with relational databases, SQL, API development, ETL workflows, and modern CI/CD practices
Ability to balance hands-on technical execution with people leadership
Practice of ethical AI principles
Experience implementing agentic RAG and multi-agent orchestration architectures within legacy enterprise systems (bonus)
Experience modernizing high-scale SaaS or ERP platforms in the construction or industrial technology space (bonus)
Ability to travel 15%
