About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide top-notch technical support and maintain high NPS standards
- Perform preliminary incident analysis to evaluate impact, severity, and risk
- Collaborate cross-organizationally to ensure prompt solutions and minimize case resolution times
- Communicate complex technical insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support Trimble’s Unity Construct by e-Builder products
- Work in a collaborative, fast-paced production environment
- Support customers and influence product adoption
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of technical support experience
- Proven experience supporting customers within a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Excellent Windows, network, web browser, and troubleshooting skills across SQL, XML, HTML, and scripting
- Demonstrated success in root cause analysis
- Experience writing bugs in tools like Jira/Confluence
- Experience tracking cases in CRM like Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to support a rotating on-call schedule
- Experience developing reports to analyze data trends and reviewing software logs is a bonus
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is a bonus
- Ability to work on-site in Lake Oswego, OR (preferred), Westminster, CO, or other Trimble locations
