What you’ll need

3-5+ years of experience in HRIS/Workday environments operating under SOX audit controls or IT risk management frameworks
Comprehensive knowledge of the Workday ecosystem, including release management cycles, security role design, and system integrations
Demonstrated expertise in executing IT General Controls (ITGCs) and managing audit compliance processes
Strong cross-functional leadership skills with a proven track record of influencing stakeholders and building collaborative partnerships
Workday certifications in core administrative, security, or governance tracks are a bonus
Prior experience managing complex cross-functional module deployments or enterprise-wide HR technology implementations is a bonus
