About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive global P&L accountability, owning professional services revenue, COGS, and gross margin targets
- Architect and govern a scalable global partner implementation ecosystem
- Establish certification benchmarks, capacity plans, and joint delivery standards
- Champion a customer-centric onboarding and enablement vision
- Accelerate customer time-to-value and product adoption
- Institute and govern standardized service delivery methodologies across internal teams and certified partners
- Design, price, and package consulting, solution architecture, and migration offerings
- Optimize project margins, capacity forecasting, resource utilization, and efficiency metrics
- Recruit, develop, and scale a global organization of implementation consultants, solution architects, project managers, and trainers
- Serve as executive sponsor for mission-critical client engagements and resolve high-level delivery escalations
- Collaborate with sales leadership on statements of work during enterprise sales cycles
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless post-implementation handoffs
- Deliver data-driven insights to Product and Engineering to automate onboarding and enhance product quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in professional services, management consulting, or enterprise implementation within technology or B2B SaaS
- 7+ years in an executive global leadership role (VP/SVP) managing a large-scale delivery P&L
- Proven track record leading global professional services in enterprise-scale environments
- Strong financial acumen across ARR/MRR dynamics, budgeting, and margin optimization
- Extensive experience designing, building, and governing a global partner ecosystem for external implementation and service delivery
- Deep understanding of SaaS architecture
- Experience with professional services automation tools
- Knowledge of structured delivery methodologies such as Agile, PMP, or ITIL
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Valid passport required for 30% domestic and international travel
