About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a client resource facilitating delivery of the Clinical Asset Management service
- Use TRIMEDX's proprietary Clinical Asset Informatics toolset to evaluate asset composition, inventory trends, and asset performance
- Identify OpEx savings, CapEx avoidance, and cash recovery opportunities and projects
- Present actionable insights and drive behavior and process improvements through verbal and written communication
- Develop partnerships with clients using a consultative approach
- Present ideas to customers to create understanding and impact
- Work with Mobile Medical Equipment Teams, Centurion Service Group, and Clinical Engineering Teams to frame the overall client value proposition and KPIs
- Identify and lead projects that save clients money, including deferring purchases, validating purchase requests, retiring unneeded assets, reallocating assets, monetizing asset ROI, and reducing unneeded rentals
- Track and report financial and operational benefits from completed initiatives
- Establish the TRIMEDX toolset as the single source of truth for clinical asset inventory and performance data
- Develop high-touch, high-trust relationships with client leaders
- Facilitate communications about clinical asset lifecycle issues and connect stakeholders to resolve problems
- Identify recurring problems and develop improved cross-functional processes
- Anticipate future needs and opportunities and facilitate complex solutions
- Provide analytics and project management support for client initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidates must currently reside in the Seattle, Spokane, or Portland areas within 100 miles, or Alaska
- Close proximity to a major airport
- Ability to work onsite at client hospitals as necessary
- Ability to travel for business, including conferences, seminars, meetings, trainings, and the Indianapolis, Indiana Central Office
- 5+ years of leadership experience in an acute-care hospital environment
- Prior management and leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare services delivery
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business-related field
- Strong healthcare business perspective and industry/market awareness
- Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to tie plans to actionable, measurable outcomes
- Proven expertise in managing change
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong presentation and written/oral communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to draw insights from data
- Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, adaptability, and innovation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, culturally diverse environment
