About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative service, support, navigation and solutions
  • Perform clerical functions including customer service, data entry, and maintenance and organization of records
  • Provide first-point-of-contact resolution for colleague inquiries while maintaining SLA standards
  • Use case management technology to track and log issues and case notes
  • Respond to HR inquiries related to records, employment administration, HRIS systems and policy interpretation
  • Provide Workday Tier 1 technology support to candidates and Talent Acquisition partners
  • Process new hires, re-hires, rescinded hires and start-date changes in Workday
  • Monitor onboarding documentation for compliance with company policies
  • Manage daily and weekly HRIS audit reports and reconcile discrepancies
  • Process union dues cards and personal-information updates in Workday
  • Review employee documents for accuracy, completeness and authorization; enter records in HR systems
  • Handle PDFs using Adobe Acrobat, including extracting, combining, redacting and manipulating documents
  • Complete unemployment questionnaire intake
  • Handle employment-verification inquiries and escalate complex cases
  • Identify process enhancements, learn new systems and support continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with health ministry partners and Centers of Expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1+ years of progressive experience in a high-volume customer support role work environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe, Workday, UKG, Cisco or similar HRIS and Contact Center systems
  • Must be able to travel to various Trinity Health sites 25% as needed
  • Experience in HR Shared Services environment, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Benefit and/or Onboarding preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • HR Certification from an accredited body
  • High-volume HR Shared Services environment, including employment administration and/or benefits administration
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and explain technical concepts understandably to users of all levels
  • Ability to follow applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Trinity Health policies, procedures and guidelines
