Key responsibilities & impact

Fill short- and long-term assignments throughout the health system.
Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions.
Apply standard elements of professional practice: assess, identify outcomes/solutions, plan, implement, and evaluate.
Act independently and appropriately within scope of knowledge and experience.
Retain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to quality and improvement practices and outcomes.
Take on new and additional responsibilities while managing competing priorities.
Travel within the local region or nationally to fill critical healthcare staffing needs.

What you’ll need

Preferred Education: Graduate of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program for Surgical Technologist.
Preferred Certification: CST
A minimum of 18 months experience is required for CST
If a Surgical Technologist program has not been completed, due to training on the job or trained in the military – Five (5) years’ work experience is required.
Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility.
Ability to complete the orientation and training.
Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations and/or regions.
