About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative support for regional senior executives
  • Coordinate meetings and travel
  • Manage invoices, expenses, phone, filing, timekeeping, and mail
  • Compose and proofread correspondence, reports, and other materials
  • Perform executive-functional administrative duties, including Board preparation, policy work, and event coordination
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal and external contacts
  • Maintain complex executive calendars and coordinate meetings
  • Secure meeting space and audiovisual equipment
  • Distribute agendas and meeting documents
  • Manage RSVPs, scheduling conflicts, and meeting logistics, including food and beverages
  • Identify tasks and timelines and manage revisions
  • Gather information and data for presentations and projects
  • Use discretion to set up, shift, or decline meetings and communicate scheduling changes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, providing support to C-Level executives (preferred)
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (required)
  • Shift: Mon-Fri, day shift
  • Location: Langhorne, PA or Darby, PA (whichever is closer/more convenient)
