Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provides administrative service, support, navigation & / or solutions in accordance with experience, education, policies & procedures.
  • Performs clerical functions including customer service, data entry, and maintenance & organization of records.
  • Provides administrative support services and enhances coordination, preparation & flow of department processes and core work.
  • Plans & organizes workflow and prioritizes customer needs.
  • Develops, implements & maintains job-related records.
  • Utilizes multiple system applications for data collection & management.
  • Ensures quality, confidentiality & safety through knowledge of Trinity Health policies, practices & processes.
  • Collaborates on performance improvement activities.
  • Provides data entry, reporting & transactional support to Leave of Absence processes across the system.
  • Performs accurate & timely data entry, time tracking, reporting & payment processing.
  • Supports ad-hoc requests as necessary.
  • Collaborates & follows up with stakeholders, human resources operations & vendors in support of the colleague & manager experience.
  • Participates in performance improvement activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources, as normally obtained through a bachelor's degree in a field requiring analysis, & / or an equivalent combination of education & experience.
  • Must possess some knowledge of & experience with leave of absence administration, payroll, or related field requiring attention to detail & application of critical assessment skills.
  • Experience working in multiple software / computer systems, such as UKG, Kronos, Workday, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & comfortable learning new systems as needed.
  • Presentation of data-driven reports is nice to have.
  • Ability to follow tasks through to completion, understand & relate to complex ideas / concepts, remember multiple tasks & regimens over long periods of time & work on concurrent tasks / projects.
  • Ability to read small print, hear sounds & voice / speech patterns, give / receive instructions & other verbal communications.
  • Perform manual dexterity activities & / or grasping / handling.
  • Use a computer / other technology.
  • Maintain a safe working environment & use available personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Comply with Trinity Health’s Code of Conduct, policies, procedures & guidelines.
