Interim Cath Lab Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with organization and scheduling needs of the cardiac cath lab
- Oversee day-to-day clinical aspects of the cath lab
- Communicate with Cardiologists as needed regarding patient care
- Participate in and develop performance improvement measures
- Assist in planning the departmental budget
- Maintain financial accountability within the department
- Coordinate educational classes to meet annual staff competency requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- RN (Registered Nurse), RT (Radiologic Technologist), or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) licensure/certification/registration required
- BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association
- Graduate of a Nursing Program, Radiology Program, or Cardiovascular Program required
- Minimum of 5 years in a Cardiac Cath Lab required
- 2 years in Leadership/Management required
- Ability to work day shifts, Monday-Friday, 5x8 hours
