Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in the Graduate Nurse Residency Program for Spring/Summer 2027 graduates
- Transition from student to professional through evidence-based practice, training, and education
- Build confidence, competence, critical thinking, assessment skills, and nursing knowledge
- Improve prioritization and organization skills
- Complete robust unit orientation
- Receive guidance and support from mentors and past residency graduates
- Work in available specialty or general residency units, subject to hospital needs
- Complete a service line and unit preference form after application submission
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduating in Spring or Summer 2027; past graduates may apply for the wait list
- Current resume
- Nursing Degree (ADN, BSN, MSN)
- Idaho RN license; some units require secondary licensure in Oregon
- Multistate license holders must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire
- Active and unexpired Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification from AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network
- Additional certification may be required depending on the unit
- Cover letter recommended
- Shift: Night Shift
