About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- At least one year of clinical experience
- Home care experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
