About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide quality, patient-centered nursing care
- Address age-specific, developmental, cultural, and spiritual patient needs
- Apply competent clinical practice and the nursing process
- Integrate relationship-based care into practice
- Serve as a clinical and educational resource to unit staff
- Assume accountability for nursing care of designated patients

- Float between three hospital locations as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Registered Nurse with 2 years of current experience in the desired specialty
- Must work 24 hours every four weeks to remain active as per diem
- Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility
- Must be willing to float between St. Peter's Hospital, Albany Memorial Hospital, and Samaritan Hospital
- Must be able to complete provided orientation and training
- Float pool experience preferred
- Contract/travel agency experience preferred
