About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Fill short- and long-term assignments throughout Trinity Health's health system.
- Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions.
- Assess patients, identify outcomes and solutions, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Act independently and appropriately within license, scope of knowledge, and experience.
- Retain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality and improvement practices and outcomes.
- Take on new and additional responsibilities while managing competing priorities.
- Provide critical nursing coverage for unforeseen circumstances, unplanned circumstances, or extended leaves of absence.
- Work in varied practice settings locally or nationally.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
- Minimum of two (2) years of recent clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
- Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc.).
- BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.
- Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations and/or regions.
