About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide regional administrative, entry-level recruitment, and onboarding support to local Talent Acquisition teams
  • Provide recruitment coordination support, including applicant tracking, assessment testing review, applicant prescreening, and sourcing diverse candidate pools
  • Follow up with candidates regarding candidacy status and interview/selection outcomes
  • Schedule interviews, health screens, candidate travel logistics, and orientation events
  • Coordinate with the Human Resources Shared Services onboarding team for on-site tasks such as fingerprinting, I-9 verification, and badge photos
  • Compile regular and special reports on recruitment and selection activities
  • Coordinate local and regional recruiting events and maintain the event calendar
  • Assist colleagues, department managers, and Talent Acquisition teams with recruitment issues, including Workday TA technical support and candidate-status questions
  • Provide prompt solutions and responsive customer service; build relationships remotely
  • Process and track billing statements and invoices
  • Maintain knowledge of positions, required skills, competencies, and organizational culture to market, recruit, and source appropriate applicants
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including advertisements, direct-mail campaigns, and internet postings
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, Trinity Health’s Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, policies, and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field with two (2) years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or an administrative or customer service support role in a high volume work environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Good keyboarding skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience using Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred
  • Proven customer-service orientation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks/projects efficiently and thoroughly
  • Ability to organize work priorities and adapt to frequent changes
  • Ability to work concurrently on varied tasks/projects in a potentially stressful environment
  • Hearing sufficient for extensive telephone and face-to-face communication
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and perform extensive computer work
  • Ability to occasionally transport objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Must comply with Trinity Health policies and procedures
  • Must possess comprehensive knowledge of recruiting practices and processes
