About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide regional administrative, entry-level recruitment, and onboarding support to local Talent Acquisition teams
- Deliver recruitment coordination support, including applicant tracking, assessment testing review, applicant prescreening, and sourcing diverse candidate pools
- Follow up with candidates regarding candidacy status and interview/selection outcomes
- Schedule interviews, health screens, candidate travel logistics, and orientation events
- Coordinate with the Human Resources Shared Services onboarding team for onsite fingerprinting, I-9 verification, and badge photos
- Compile regular and special reports on recruitment and selection activities
- Coordinate local and regional recruiting events and maintain the event calendar
- Assist colleagues, department managers, and Talent Acquisition teams with recruitment issues, including Workday TA module support and candidate status questions
- Provide prompt solutions and responsive customer service to inquiries and requests
- Build relationships remotely
- Process and track billing statements and invoices
- Maintain knowledge of positions, required skills, competencies, and organizational culture to market, recruit, and source appropriate applicants
- Assist with marketing initiatives including advertisements, direct mail campaigns, and Internet postings
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, Trinity Health's Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, policies, and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field with two (2) years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or administrative or customer service support role in a high volume work environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Good keyboarding skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience using Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred
- Ability to understand organizational relationships and structures
- Ability to continuously learn and seek personal and professional growth opportunities in technical areas
- Ability to deliver consistent services using defined Talent Acquisition standard work methods
- Proven customer-service orientation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for discussing detailed technical or sensitive information
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks/projects efficiently and thoroughly
- Flexibility in handling and prioritizing multiple tasks/projects
- Ability to work concurrently on varied tasks/projects in a potentially stressful environment
- Hearing sufficient for extensive telephone and face-to-face communication
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and perform extensive computer work
- Ability to occasionally transport objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to comply with Trinity Health policies and procedures
