Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the transportation program
  • Transport participants, meals, durable medical equipment, pharmacy, and other necessary items
  • Travel to surrounding PACE locations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma required
  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience working with the frail or elderly population
  • Two (2) years of administrative/supervisory experience in a transportation setting
  • Five (5) years of experience in the transportation industry
  • A combination of education and experience may be acceptable
  • Valid driver's license in good standing required
  • Ability to manage conflict, exercise high decision quality, adapt to ongoing change, and demonstrate organizational agility
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise independent judgment
