About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Fill short- and long-term assignments throughout the health system
  • Float throughout the hospital, multiple hospital locations, and/or regions
  • Assess patients and identify outcomes/solutions
  • Plan and implement care, then evaluate outcomes
  • Practice independently within license, scope of knowledge, and experience
  • Retain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to quality improvement practices and outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment
  • Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health
  • Required to have and maintain the credentials required per specialty area, such as ACLS and TNCC
  • BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association
  • Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions
