Fill short- and long-term assignments throughout the health system
Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions
Apply professional practice elements: assess, identify outcomes/solutions, plan, implement, and evaluate
Act independently and appropriately within scope of knowledge and experience
Retain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes
Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality and improvement practices and outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program for Surgical Technologist (preferred)
CST certification (preferred)
A minimum of 18 months experience is required for CST
If a Surgical Technologist program has not been completed due to training on the job or military training, five years’ work experience is required
Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility
Ability to complete the orientation and training
Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions
