About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take ownership of a suite of high-profile grocery accounts and manage all aspects of customer relationships
- Execute joint business plans to maximise distribution, rate of sale, and profitability
- Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement optimisation plans
- Build collaborative relationships with account buyers and key stakeholders
- Communicate TRIP’s mission and value proposition to customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries and resolve issues
- Ensure pricing, availability, and promotional execution across in-store and online channels
- Lead range reviews, new product launches, and promotional activity
- Manage account P&Ls and lead terms negotiations
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting and align supply and demand with internal teams
- Collaborate with category, trade marketing, and supply chain teams
- Provide insights to refine TRIP’s grocery retail approach and drive continuous improvement
- Champion TRIP’s mission and position the brand as a leader in functional drinks
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-8 years of experience in FMCG account management, ideally within the Grocery sector
- Drinks experience is advantageous
- Proven ability to manage operational details while delivering against broader strategic objectives
- Strong understanding of P&Ls, joint business plans, and terms negotiations
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Skilled at analysing performance data and translating insights into actionable growth plans
