About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide guests with a professional and warm welcome
- Work late and night shifts, and cover Night Audit duties as needed
- Handle check-in/check-out and follow-up bookings
- Serve as the central point of contact for all guest requests
- Receive and carefully process reservation inquiries
- Independently perform all administrative tasks at the front office
- Contribute to effective and efficient operations
- Professionally prepare and serve beverages at the bar
- Support breakfast service as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in hospitality
- Experience with the Opera hotel software will be an advantage in your new role
- Willingness to work late and night shifts
- Willingness to support the bar and breakfast service as needed
- Willingness to cover Night Audit shifts
