About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Welcome guests in a professional and warm manner
- Work late and night shifts and cover Night Audit when required
- Perform check-ins and check-outs and process booking extensions
- Act as the central point of contact for all guest requests
- Receive and carefully process reservation inquiries
- Independently manage all front-office administrative tasks
- Contribute to effective and efficient operational processes
- Prepare and serve beverages professionally at the bar
- Support breakfast service as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in the hotel industry
- Experience with the Opera hotel software is an advantage
- Willingness to work late and night shifts
- Willingness to support breakfast and bar service as needed
