About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the technical team
- Independently identify defects and carry out repair and maintenance work throughout the hotel and on the outdoor grounds
- Technically monitor, proactively inspect, and maintain technical systems to ensure uninterrupted operation
- Monitor and comply with maintenance intervals
- Coordinate and supervise personnel assigned by external contractors
- Coordinate trade and maintenance work with other departments
- Comply with statutory requirements relating to safety, occupational health and safety, and fire protection, as well as operate technical systems
- Maintain outdoor grounds and perform winter services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional qualifications, personality, and potential
- Experience and/or training as the basis for determining the starting salary and development prospects
- Willingness to lead a technical team
- Ability to independently identify defects and carry out repair and maintenance work
- Technical monitoring, inspection, and maintenance of technical systems
- Monitoring and compliance with maintenance intervals
- Coordination and supervision of personnel from external contractors
- Compliance with statutory requirements relating to safety, occupational health and safety, and fire protection
