About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead True Religion’s brand and newness marketing across email, SMS, and push
  • Plan, brief, and own campaigns for new arrivals, launches, brand moments, and editorial storytelling
  • Develop campaign briefs and audiences and partner with creative teams
  • Design and run tests involving subject lines, creative, offers, timing, and audiences
  • Track revenue and engagement, evaluate performance, and optimize campaigns
  • Partner with retail on store launches, events, and in-store moments
  • Use behavioral and purchase-based segmentation to target customers
  • Support promotional and sale messaging during peak periods
  • Build the brand and newness playbook with brand, creative, and merchandising partners
  • Report to the Senior Manager, CRM & Campaigns

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–7 years in CRM, lifecycle, or campaign marketing
  • Hands-on email marketing experience and experience with at least one of SMS or push
  • Experience owning brand, content, or product-launch campaigns for a consumer brand or retailer
  • Track record of briefing creative and running campaigns from concept through performance reporting
  • Comfort with segmentation, A/B testing, and using KPI data to guide decisions
  • Strong writing, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and last-minute changes in a deadline-driven environment
  • Apparel, fashion, or e-commerce retail background preferred
  • Experience supporting retail or stores through CRM or omnichannel campaigns preferred
  • Experience with enterprise CRM/ESP and messaging platforms such as Cordial, Listrak, Attentive, Airship, Salesforce, Iterable, Braze, or Klaviyo preferred
  • Working knowledge of email HTML/CSS and responsive templates preferred
  • Familiarity with loyalty and lifecycle programs preferred
  • Must meet applicable employment eligibility requirements
