About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Research, evaluate, and synthesize emerging AI tools, methodologies, and industry trends for workforce applications
Develop and integrate AI onboarding modules for all new hires
Serve as an internal consultant to cross-functional teams auditing workflows and implementing AI-driven efficiencies
Design, test, document, and maintain reusable prompts, instructions, templates, and AI-enabled workflows
Facilitate interactive workshops and continuous learning programs
Partner with IT, Security, and Legal on generative AI governance, guidelines, and ethical procedures
Track adoption metrics, gather feedback, and measure AI impact on workforce productivity and employee sentiment
Build checks and balances to validate data and educate employees on checking AI output
Build an internal AI champion network in each department
Report to the Director, People Business Partner and support organizational AI adoption within the People Team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated proficiency in generative AI technologies, workforce enablement, and instructional design or corporate training
Proven operational effectiveness and ability to streamline workflows
Hands-on experience connecting internal tools to AI platforms and turning prompts into reusable skills
Strong understanding of enterprise AI applications, enterprise LLMs, AI agents, copilots, and prompt engineering
Proven ability to translate complex technological concepts into clear, actionable, engaging training programs for non-technical audiences
Excellent consultation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills across organizational levels
Growth mindset and passion for continuous learning and adaptation
Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Santa Monica, California, or Austin, Texas
