About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the operational and analytical activities of the Contract Management and Customer Success teams
  • Contribute to monitoring the customer journey

  • Support the management of contracts, renewals, price adjustments, and billing
  • Organize contractual documents
  • Assist in gathering information for renewal and termination processes
  • Support the preparation of contract reports
  • Support the monitoring of the customer journey, including interactions, meetings, activities, deadlines, outstanding items, and action plans
  • Organize information for meetings
  • Keep the equipment inventory pipeline up to date, including stock, returns, shipments, replacements, and incoming, return, and loan-for-use invoices
  • Liaise with the Logistics team
  • Support accounts receivable and billing activities
  • Maintain control and organization of equipment inventory
  • Monitor the receipt of NPS and CSAT surveys
  • Support the updating of key Customer Success and Contract Management metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, with at least five semesters completed
  • Position preferentially reserved for candidates with disabilities (PwD)
