About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support People Management processes, including talent attraction, development, and mobility
  • Monitor apprentices and the employee experience, ensuring alignment with Trust Control and Lanlink policies, culture, and guidelines
  • Conduct recruitment and selection processes for roles of low to moderate complexity
  • Support training initiatives and conduct internal activities, including material preparation, organization, and facilitation support
  • Participate in meetings with requesting departments regarding people-related needs for new contracts and projects
  • Monitor and ensure supplier payments are made in accordance with contracts, deadlines, and internal procedures
  • Manage internal movements, such as promotions, transfers, and role changes
  • Support metrics and targets related to the apprentice quota
  • Monitor internship agreements, controls, renewals, documentation, system records, and statutory deadlines
  • Guide and support the deliverables and development of apprentices in the People team
  • Ensure employee satisfaction and a positive employee experience through active listening and leadership support
  • Assist employees through internal ticketing systems, providing People Management support and clarification
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of procedures and routines
  • Support the activities of external HR consulting firms
  • Participate in internal initiatives and institutional activities of the Lanlink Group
  • Perform related activities as needed and as directed by management
  • Comply with Compliance procedures, policies, and obligations; participate in mandatory training and report irregularities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources
  • Experience in Human Resources
