About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts across North America
  • Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders and act as their primary commercial contact
  • Drive customer retention, contract renewals, upsell opportunities, and long-term account growth
  • Develop and execute account plans focused on customer satisfaction, relationship development, and revenue expansion
  • Act as a customer advocate internally
  • Support the successful closure of strategic opportunities with key industry participants
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across telecommunications, retail, MVNO, mobility, device financing and leasing, and enterprise technology organisations
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Lead sales activity from initial engagement through contract execution
  • Develop relationships and expand Trustonic’s presence across the wireless and connected device ecosystem
  • Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with Legal, Product, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records
  • Achieve or exceed revenue, retention, account growth, and new business targets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, business development, or a similar commercial role
  • Demonstrable success managing complex sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders
  • Experience owning and growing strategic enterprise customer relationships
  • Strong experience in customer retention, account expansion, upselling, and new business development
  • Experience leading sales opportunities from initial engagement through to contract execution
  • Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience within telecommunications, wireless, SaaS, fintech, mobility, device lifecycle management, or related technology industries
  • Experience working with mobile operators, retailers, MVNOs, distributors, channel partners, or service providers
  • Experience selling into enterprise technology organisations
  • Existing relationships or understanding of the North American wireless and connected device ecosystem
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and develop revenue opportunities
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline
  • Strategic, customer-focused approach with a clear focus on delivering measurable commercial outcomes
