About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and develop a North American territory and account plans
  • Generate new opportunities through proactive prospecting, inbound qualification, and partner collaboration
  • Build a qualified pipeline of enterprise accounts
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from opportunity identification through negotiation and closing
  • Coordinate technical, legal, and financial aspects of complex opportunities
  • Build relationships with Directors, VPs, and C-suite stakeholders
  • Develop product and use-case expertise and partner with Pre-Sales to shape solutions
  • Lead commercial negotiations and closing plans
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and update the sales pipeline
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, targeting approximately $1M in new ARR over 12 months after ramp-up
  • Communicate progress, risks, and next steps
  • Share customer needs, objections, and market insights with Sales, Marketing, and Product

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
  • Strong track record of winning new customers in a competitive market
  • At least one full year of direct enterprise sales experience focused on closing new enterprise accounts
  • Experience managing complex B2B SaaS sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and decision-makers
  • Confidence selling to Director, VP, and C-suite stakeholders using a consultative approach
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and organizational skills
  • Experience in a growing startup or scale-up
  • Proactive, self-motivated approach with independent ownership and close collaboration
  • Native-level English proficiency with clear, concise written and verbal communication
  • Experience selling solutions for the office of the CFO, such as procurement, accounts payable, treasury, ERP, or risk management software is nice to have
  • Familiarity with the procure-to-pay ecosystem is nice to have
  • Experience working with technology or referral partners is nice to have
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of application or be a citizen from the Schengen / EU zone
  • Employment eligibility verification required as a condition of hire
