About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze invitations to tender, specifications, and technical requirements
Understand customer needs
Prepare the technical proposal package and participate in meetings as a technical support resource
Conduct on-site surveys where necessary
Prepare measurements and quantity takeoffs on site or from drawings
Prepare cost estimates using specialized software within the required deadlines
Conduct the proposal handover with the Sales Director before submitting it to the customer
Launch and analyze supplier and subcontractor consultations with the Procurement Department
Create and update the civil engineering services catalog
Provide technical consultations with suppliers for civil engineering and electrical engineering components
Monitor technological and pricing developments
Propose technical solutions to optimize site execution and design
Support key account sales representatives in analyzing technical and contractual specifications
Develop and respond to studies in compliance with processes, budgets, and deadlines
Act as the technical point of reference and contact for project managers and key account sales representatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher education qualification equivalent to a two- to five-year degree in engineering or business
At least five years of experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, CANECO, and SEE Electrical would be a valuable advantage
