About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Install hardware and software on-site to support projects
Develop and conduct product training on-site and through virtual tools such as webinars
Attend customer site project meetings
Assist in writing and executing validation protocols and commissioning systems
Assist the Sales team with system proposals and quotations
Support project installations, validation, and commissioning on-site and remotely
Provide pre- and post-sales support to Sales and customers via phone, email, and on-site visits
Provide technical support to customers regarding products and technologies
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with monitoring systems
Organize and conduct in-house technical workshops
Present information to audiences with varied backgrounds and experiences
Use CRM tools to track and document projects
Provide and document field feedback on products, services, and installation issues
Complete other assignments and special projects as requested

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
3+ years experience providing technical and application support to customers, sales, and/or channel partners in the field
Project management experience working with customers, contractors, sales, and engineering
Ability to read schematics, drawings, and manuals, as required
Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States required
Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer sites, including internationally
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field desired
Cleanroom manufacturing, instrumentation engineering, or HVAC industry experience desired
Ethernet Network knowledge desired
Experience performing system commissioning and/or validation activities desired
Microsoft operating systems experience desired
SQL database experience, such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, desired
Knowledge of FDA and EU GMP requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing desired
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues desired
