About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Champion Toro's brand identity, mission, and values across customer, dealer, retail, and industry-facing experiences
- Lead planning and execution of 25+ annual events, trade shows, customer experiences, dealer meetings, internal events, and product launches
- Develop and execute experiential marketing programs and customer engagement strategies
- Align events and activations with brand awareness, lead generation, retail support, channel engagement, and sales enablement objectives
- Serve as primary project lead from strategy through execution and post-event assessment
- Manage event coordination, logistics, planning, execution, project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Source and negotiate contracts with venues, agencies, vendors, and service providers
- Coordinate registrations, travel logistics, hospitality, catering, communications, staffing, and agency resources
- Oversee product placement, transportation, booth assets, exhibits, displays, and experiential elements
- Lead onsite execution, issue resolution, setup, teardown, inspections, and event operations
- Support product introductions through customer-facing experiences and events
- Collaborate on influencer, creator, and brand ambassador talent activations
- Measure event performance against KPIs and prepare post-event recaps, insights, and recommendations
- Build relationships with marketing, sales, retail, product management, channel, and leadership teams
- Manage agencies, vendors, event partners, venues, and support resources
- Support strategic marketing initiatives and special projects
- Continuously improve processes, customer experiences, and marketing effectiveness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing events, experiential marketing programs, activations, or customer engagement initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Experience managing event budgets, timelines, vendors, and agencies
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to travel as required to support events and activations
- Preferred: Experience in a corporate or enterprise environment, outdoor power equipment, durable goods, consumer products, retail, or related industries
- Preferred: Experience managing large-scale trade shows, customer events, dealer programs, or experiential marketing initiatives
- Preferred: Experience measuring event ROI and performance metrics
- Preferred: Familiarity with event technology, registration platforms, and marketing analytics tools
