About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work as part of a team responsible for the continuous enhancement of security posture across environments, ensuring compliance with industry frameworks and mitigating cyber risks
- Conduct CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management) assessments
- Identify vulnerabilities, configuration deviations, and risks in corporate environments
- Participate in security assessments of cloud projects, systems, vendors, and solutions
- Support and provide technical responses for internal and external audits
- Develop security posture metrics, dashboards, and executive reports
- Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, and development teams to continuously improve security
- Monitor the evolution of threats and industry best practices related to security posture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in Security Posture Management
- Knowledge of frameworks and benchmarks: MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Benchmarks, and NIST / ISO 27001 (a plus)
- Experience with CSPM tools such as Security Hub, Microsoft Defender, Prowler, and Prisma Cloud
- Experience hardening Windows/Linux systems
- Experience with security in AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud environments
- Knowledge of vulnerability analysis, remediation, and mitigation, as well as risk management
- Review and implement IAM policies and users, SCPs, RCPs, and roles
- Knowledge of Azure Policies, Entra ID, and IAM management for users and resources in Azure environments
- Implement least-privilege access models, conditional access policies, and identity governance structures
- Administer WAF rules, Security Groups, VPCs, Secrets Manager, and KMS
- Security certifications: AWS Certified Security – Specialty and/or Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)
- Preferred certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100), and CompTIA Security+
