About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather technical and financial requirements from the sales team and clients
  • Design viable technical solutions and define the best scenarios to propose
  • Define the service scope (SoW) and SLA
  • Assess and optimize costs, develop pricing, and prepare technical and commercial proposals
  • Present and defend solutions, focusing on differentiators and the value proposition
  • Track and control the progress of projects in the pre-sales phase
  • Support the sales team in client meetings, either in person or virtually
  • Follow up on the implementation of sold projects, ensuring alignment with the designed solution
  • Develop pricing models for Microsoft Licensing, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, professional services, and managed services solutions, considering costs, margins, risks, commercial assumptions, and financial feasibility
  • Take responsibility for preparing technical and commercial proposals for Microsoft and Azure licensing, including scope definition, cost composition, pricing, and support for the commercial strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in pre-sales and/or solution architecture involving Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and corporate Microsoft Licensing (EA, EAS, CSP, MPSA, and similar programs)
  • Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals
  • Experience in financial modeling and pricing of Microsoft solutions, including Azure and Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Partner Center, VLSC, and similar Microsoft Licensing management systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform
  • Strong experience applying and interpreting Microsoft Licensing models, including EA/EAS/SCE/EES, MPSA, CSP, and other corporate agreements
  • Knowledge of best practices for adopting Microsoft solutions such as Office 365 and Azure
  • Client-facing profile, leveraging a technical background to serve as a technical reference for influencers and decision-makers
  • Structured reasoning and communication skills, balancing technical, functional, financial, and commercial requirements
  • Knowledge of on-premises and cloud environment architecture
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Intermediate English and Spanish preferred
  • Microsoft certifications preferred, especially AZ-900, MS-900, SC-900, and AB-900
