About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the full lifecycle of US health system relationships from first site implementation through multi-site expansion and new use case discovery
  • Drive account growth, including identifying new sites, use cases, and pathways
  • Build business cases using customer outcomes data and partner with Sales to close expansions
  • Lead site implementations, including kick-off meetings, workflow mapping, platform configuration, go-live, and first-line support
  • Run multiple concurrent deployments
  • Own KPI reporting cadence and define and measure account metrics
  • Analyze reach rate, engagement, confirmation rate, escalation volume, staff time freed, and clinical outcomes
  • Build narratives and recommendations for VP-level health system leadership
  • Translate customer clinical workflows, call flows, cadence, handoff logic, and edge cases for Clinical and Product teams
  • Build and maintain director- and VP-level champion relationships
  • Build trust with clinical staff and respond to operational needs
  • Own the feedback loop to Product and Engineering, distinguishing bugs, feature gaps, and scope creep
  • Manage concurrent workstreams while maintaining quality
  • Create scalable processes and playbooks
  • Contribute field insights to product priorities, expansion strategies, and future sales opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8–12 years of relevant experience
  • Track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder programs end to end
  • Experience driving expansion or growth beyond the original scope
  • Previous experience in strategic account management or client partnership at a healthcare technology or services company, health system program management, implementation, expansion planning, change management, process design, clinical workflow redesign, care transformation, or hospital/health system process improvement
  • Growth instinct and ability to identify adjacent opportunities, build the case, and act on them
  • Strong, demonstrable project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams
  • Ability to lead with scoping and map processes and gaps
  • Comfort building a financial narrative and translating operational metrics into a business case
  • Self-service-first approach to problem solving
  • US-based
  • Willingness to travel up to 25–30% for go-lives, strategic reviews, and onsite work
  • Ability to work closely with a Spain-based team
