About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage IT infrastructure contracts and services
- Ensure the availability, quality, and continuous improvement of printing and copying services, radio communications, telephony, physical network infrastructure, data collectors, and data center operations
- Serve as the liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and technology partners
- Monitor KPIs, costs, service-level agreements (SLAs), and supplier performance
- Manage contracts and suppliers for printing and copying services, radio communications, telephony, physical network infrastructure and structured cabling, data collectors, and other operational services
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of data center infrastructure
- Prepare technical specifications, purchase requisitions, and contracting processes
- Lead contract and operational review meetings
- Support audits, inventories, and infrastructure governance processes
- Identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, and cost optimization
Requirements
What you’ll need- A completed degree in Information Technology, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with physical network infrastructure, structured cabling, and telecommunications
- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
- Experience with corporate radio communications
- Experience managing technology and infrastructure services contracts is preferred
- Knowledge of supplier management and financial monitoring is preferred
- Experience in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of data centers and critical infrastructure
- Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) tools
- ITIL certification or certifications related to infrastructure and telecommunications
