Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large
  • Ability to implement facility and company philosophy of care
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A fire and passion for working with seniors
  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
