Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field required
- Minimum of two years of experience in a LTC/SNF setting
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, governmental agencies, representatives, and the community
- Ability to implement facility and company philosophy of care
- Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
