Assistant Director of Nursing, RN
Tutera Senior Living and Health Care. Support and carry out the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with physicians’ orders and residents’ total needs .
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and carry out the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with physicians’ orders and residents’ total needs
- Partner with the Director of Nursing to provide 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services
- Direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care
- Ensure compliance with current Federal, State, and company standards, guidelines, and regulations
- Assume responsibility for clinical operations in the absence of the Director of Nursing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently licensed as a RN in the state in which you are practicing
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred
- Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
- Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role preferred
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
