About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer daily medication to residents in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements
- Monitor residents
- Report changes in residents' condition
- Collect and record medication administration
- Work as part of the Tutera Senior Living & Health Care team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in the state of practice
- Prior experience as a Certified Medication Aide | CMA in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Evening shift and every other weekend availability needed
