Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a trusted partner and liaison between centralized human resources and the community

Requirements
What you’ll need- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or combination of education and experience
- Experience: 3 + years of HR generalist experience
- Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams)
- Ability to provide guidance and facilitate training
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
- Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
- Must possess strong personal organization and time management with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Must possess a strong work ethic and be a team player
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material required
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
