About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure delivery of efficient and effective nursing care
- Achieve positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction
- Provide care in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements
- Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act
- Provide resident care and direct nursing care during the assigned shift

Requirements
What you’ll need- Active and in-good-standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
- Prior experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in an LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
- Passion for working with seniors
- Flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Professional image in appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
